Rules and Regulations

The Onetrade.live platform, including its website, mobile applications, and web applications, is operated and provided by Onetrade Pvt. Ltd. By accessing and using the Onetrade.liveplatform, you (“Player”) acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the following rules and regulations governing the use of the platform and its services:

1. The Onetrade.live Platform (including any mobile based applications, website and web applications) is provided by Onetrade Pvt. Ltd. Through the Onetrade.live Platform any person (“Player”) with a verified account can access and participate in the services provided via  Onetrade.live.

2. A Player accessing the Onetrade.live shall be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and all other Rules and Regulations referred to herein or provided by Onetrade.live in relation to any services provided via the Onetrade.live

3. Onetrade.live shall be entitled to modify these Terms and Conditions, Rules, Regulations referred to herein or provided by Onetrade in relation to any OnetradeServices, at any time, by posting the same on Onetrade. Use of Onetrade constitutes the Player’s acceptance of such Terms and Conditions, Rules and Regulations referred to herein or provided by Onetrade.live in relation to any Onetrade Services, as may be amended from time to time. Onetrade.live may, at its sole discretion, also notify the Player of any change or modification in these Terms and Conditions, Rules andRegulations referred to herein or provided by Onetrade , by way of sending an email to the Player’s registered email address or posting notifications in the Player accounts.

4. Certain Onetrade Services being provided on Onetrade.live may be subject to additional rules and regulations set down in that respect. To the extent that these Terms and Conditions are inconsistent with the additional conditions set down, the additional conditions shall prevail

5. Onetrade may, at its sole and absolute discretion:
a) Restrict, suspend, or terminate any Player’s access to all or any part of Onetrade or Onetrade Platform Services
b) Change, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the Onetrade Platform Services
c) Reject, move, or remove any material that may be submitted by a Player
d) Move or remove any content that is available on the Onetrade Platform
e) Deactivate or delete a Player’s account and all related information and files on the account
f) Establish general practices and limits concerning use of Onetrade Platform
g) Offer discounts or cash rewards to its Players in a form it deems fit (“Trade coins bonus”)
h) Revise or make additions and/or deletions to the roster of questions, data,information provided in relation to a particular outcome that is being bid on
i) Assign its rights and liabilities to all Player accounts hereunder to any entity (post such assignment intimation of such assignment shall be sent to all Players to their registered email ids)

j) Non-Transferability of Accounts: The Player's account, including all privileges, rights, and data, is non-transferable and may not be shared with or sold to any other person or entity.

k) Account Responsibility: The Player is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including username and password, and for all activities that occur under their account.

l) Compliance with Rules: Players are required to comply with all applicable rules and regulations governing their use of the Onetrade platform, including but not limited to

By continuing to access or use the Onetrade.live platform, you agree to adhere to these rules and regulations, and you acknowledge that failure to comply may result in the restriction, suspension, or termination of your account and services.
