2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the platform.

• Use of the platform is restricted to jurisdictions where such trading is legally permitted.

• By registering, you confirm that you are legally allowed to participate in such opinion-based trading in Thailand

3. Account Registration

• You must create an account to access trading features

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

• All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete

4. Trading Mechanics

• Users trade by predicting outcomes of future/current events using “Yes” or “No” options.

• Trades are matched between players. A trade is executed only when a corresponding opposite trade is placed.

• Trading is conducted in USDT (converted from deposited currency)

5. Deposits

• Deposits can be made through the “Recharge” button in the Wallet section

• All deposits are automatically converted into USDT

• Accepted payment methods will be displayed on the Deposit Page

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply

6. Withdrawals

• Withdrawals can be requested via the Wallet section

• Withdrawals are processed in the currency equivalent to your wallet balance

• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before processing any withdrawals

• Processing times may vary based on payment method and jurisdiction

7. Rewards and Earnings

• Rewards are based on successful predictions and are credited to your wallet

• Rewards can be used for further trading or withdrawn, subject to verification and withdrawal policies.

• The platform does not guarantee any fixed returns. All earnings are based on market activity and matched trades.

8. Fees

• The platform may apply nominal transaction or processing fees on deposits, withdrawals, or trades

• Details of fees, if any, will be communicated transparently via the Wallet or FAQ section

9. Platform Rules

• All trades are peer-to-peer and require matched orders

• Users are expected to act in good faith and refrain from manipulative or fraudulent activity

• The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these Terms

10. KYC 

• Users may be required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures before trading, depositing, or withdrawing

• Trading predictions on OOTT involves financial risk

• Outcomes depend on market conditions and final outcome will be taken by Website

• You acknowledge and accept that you may lose some or all of your funds

13. Termination

• The company may suspend or terminate access to the platform at its discretion for violation of these Terms
